Small suburban village, Biriti town where is 156km away from capital city Addis Ababa is crowded with 50 of children, people in village and officers from city hall even though it was quite hot day..

Children who used to be exhausted for hunger were running around cheerfully at that day. The reason why children were happy was that there was opening ceremony for �500 Loving meals� which is KVO뭩 free provisional meal service in Briti town-selected as the second place followed by Bishofutu town.

5 minutes before the opening ceremony! People started to come inside to the tents which are arranged in front of square of the city hall. Children who sat in the first row looked just happy with full of expectation. Opening ceremony has been started. Words from officer of city hall and Mikias Grima (KVO officer) have been followed according to the schedule. After then, first provisional meal has been launched.

It was Ramadan-period of not eating food from any kinds of animal- till 20th of April, so we arranged simple food such as bread with jam and juice for the first meal. Volunteer staffs who attended the events diligently prepared provisional meals with efforts and full of love.

Beneficiary children were distributed waiting numbers and waited in a queue for taking provisional meals. What a lovely children eating provisional meal delightfully. We can see hope in Africa from innocent smiles from these children. 500 Loving meals-started in Briti town, Ethiopia as the second place-will be continued from now on!
