[Ethiopia] Feeding the nutricious, nourishing meals to Children in poor families
Last year, 2017, KVO Ethiopia Chapter supported and provided 1)Medical checkup 2) Free meal(lunch) program and 3) Fixing KVO Bishotfu lunch center to Students from 5 public schools(Bekelcha, Kenenissa, Derara, Kara-hora and Foka elementary school) in Bishotfu area, Thereby checking and promoting the health and well-being of the Students to help them live in healthier environment.
Through the medical checkup, We could know that some Students are exposed to skin diseases which can be treated and healed very easily. It suggeted that there needs to be an recognition improvement on public health for students and their parents.
Also, the nutrition of the students is to be improved by providing free meal(lunch) programs on weekdays.
